We try to make payments as early as possible, but payments are made in the month after activity, and after players and wagering activity have been verified.
You must complete and return the appropriate tax forms (w-9 or w-8). If all necessary paperwork has been returned, payments will then be made automatically.
Each brand has their own payment threshold. A minimum balance of $125 is required to cash out across all brands combined. All payments will carry over until the minimum threshold requirements have been met.

Clicks and impressions are updated throughout the day. It can take up to 30 minutes for a click or impression to display in the system. Player wagering and conversion information is uploaded once a day.
Through unique tracking codes assigned to your account and then placed on your website properties. When a player clicks on a link, whether it is for a text link or banner, a cookie is dropped onto their computer, and the cookie tracks their account activity.
