• How much does it cost to join TwinSpires Affiliate Program?

  • Nothing, signing up is free.

• Do I need a website to promote TwinSpires?

  • No, plenty of marketing is done offline or via email using a bonus code to track activity (we do not promote spam, see terms & conditions).

• How do I sign up to the TwinSpires Affiliate Program?

  • Click the Join Now button and fill out the registration form.

• What is your payout to affiliates?

  • Please see the Revenue page or contact business inquiries.

Commission Structure & Payments

• When do you pay commissions?

  • We try to make payments as early as possible, but payments are made in the month after activity, and after players and wagering activity have been verified.

• Do I need to do anything to receive my commission payment or is it paid automatically?

  • You must complete and return the appropriate tax forms (w-9 or w-8). If all necessary paperwork has been returned, payments will then be made automatically.

• What is your payment threshold?

  • A minimum balance of $100 is required to cash out. Cash outs will carry over until the funds have been met.

• How am I paid my commission?

  • ACH, Wire Transfer or Check.

• Do you charge a cash out fee?

  • Not for most cash out methods, but Wire Transfers can incur a fee totaling the amount that the bank charges for the transaction.

• How do I update my banking information for payments?

  • Login to your affiliate account and go to "My Account" in the top toolbar. From there, you can select the link "Affiliate Payment Preferences" that will take you to the page where you can update your payment method and information.

• I haven't been paid, what should I do?

  • If you have completed and returned the necessary tax forms, your Players may not have met minimum wagering requirements yet. Please contact Support for more information about your account.

• Why do I need a tax form if I am an international affiliate?

  • I.R.S. regulations require us to collect certain information from all parties that we make payments to. Refer to www.irs.gov for more information.

• I am a foreign affiliate - which form should I fill out?

  • A person from outside the United States needs to complete the appropriate form w-8. Refer to www.irs.gov for more information.

• Do you have negative rollover?

  • No, negative carryover would only affect a Revenue Share payment model and TwinSpires Affiliates only offers a CPA model.

Promoting TwinSpires

• What promotional tools do you have available?

  • Banners, text links, reviews and mailers are available in the marketing tools area of the site.

• How can I promote TwinSpires?

  • Promote TwinSpires in all legal and ethical forms that are acceptable in our Terms & Conditions

• What is the contact information for the affiliate team?

  • Please see the Contact Us page for email and phone numbers.

• Can you send me a review of your site?

  • YES! Please contact your affiliate manager after you open an account. Our reviews will have tracking codes embedded inside them in order to track players to your account.

• What countries do you accept players from?

  • At this time, we only accept traffic from those states in the U.S. where legal wagering on horse racing occurs.

• Do you do link exchanges? Will you put a link to my site from yours?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot place your website links on our website properties.

Technical Questions

• Where do I login to my affiliate account?

  • Please locate the "Member Login" area in the top right corner of the page, or click here to login.

• How can I find out my password?

  • Please click the "Forgot Password" link under the log in information, or click here.

• How often are my stats updated?

  • Clicks and impressions are updated throughout the day. It can take up to 30 minutes for a click or impression to display in the system. Player wagering and conversion information is uploaded once a day.

• How are my players tracked?

  • Through unique tracking codes assigned to your account and then placed on your website properties. When a player clicks on a link, whether it is for a text link or banner, a cookie is dropped onto their computer, and the cookie tracks their account activity.
